Stack Overflow
Stack Overflow’s The Key is as compact as keyboards can be, so you can be sure that you will never hit the wrong key when you need to copy and paste something. The Key macropad designed for copying and pasting tasks. The keyboard has a C and V key for copying and pasting when you don’t want to use a mouse or trackpad.
Ctrl or Cmd key
There is also a third button that will likely act as a replacement for the Ctrl or Cmd key, but Stack Overflow says that all three buttons are programmable.

Sure, why not?
Stack Overflow has partnered with tech retailer Drop to bring to market this cute little keyboard called The Key. It is programmed to do exactly two things: copy and paste. The product started out as an April Fool joke earlier this year – Stack Overflow users saw warnings saying they had a limited amount of copy / paste and the only way to override that limit was by purchasing The Key. Users, as noted in the Stack Overflow blog post, were disappointed to find that The Key was not a real thing to buy.
C & V
So you can buy it now. It can be reserved from the Drop website for $ 29. According to the company, the next batch will ship on December 13th. We have C and we have V. That’s fine, of course, because all three buttons are really programmable – you can assign them to perform any task you want.
More concise and better
First of all, if you turn the third button into a delete button, you can force any author to edit your pieces with that device and our articles are likely to be much more concise and better. More realistically, you can think about mapping the buttons to, for example, increase and decrease the brightness (a difficult setting to adjust on some computers) or to end a zoom call.

Kailh Box
But aside from its unique pre-programming, this one looks particularly well processed. The housing is made of CNC milled aluminum with customer specific XDA profile key caps. I also see a USBC port on the back of the thing and there are feet on the bottom to prevent it from slipping. Oh, and you can also feel a little good when you buy it. Stack Overflow donates all of its income to digitalundivided and Drop donates five percent of its participation. The Key macropad designed for copying and pasting tasks! So what are you waiting for?
