Adobe wants to update Photoshop on iPad and add a classic tool that was missing from the original launch— the Magic Wand tool. It was announced that the Magic Wand tool is added on iPad by Adobe. From Tuesday, Aug. 17, users can have the to access the Magic Wand tool.
The Magic Wand tool is added on iPad by Adobe but it’s not something new, because Adobe had done it before and it is now upgrading by its creator. It will have more intelligent selection features to make it easier to adjust, choose and delete particular elements of a project with a simple tap.

Adobe Releases Magic Wand tool to iPad
The Magic Wand tool is added on iPad by Adobe and it is a familiar feature for users who use it on the desktop version. Magic Wand tool on iPad is meant to make it easier to extract objects from a flat background or select a particular colored section of a project to then transform in the usual Photoshop ways.

Adobe has added the Magic Wand tool on iPad to introduce new ways for users. Now, what they are working on to larger screens with a tool called Canvas Projection can be shared and viewed in a new way.
Magic Wand tool on iPad wants to enable new features that connect iPad to an external display via HDMI or USB-C. As a result, displaying the project in full-screen without Photoshop’s UI is now available for users, based on 9to5Mac.
Magic Wand tool is added by Adobe to make it available for users to experience the full scale of Photoshop. This subject is similar to Apple Mac M1. Users can use the app better and faster to share their works without getting distracted by the menus on the side with the iPad version of Photoshop.
The desktop version of Photoshop
Also, they are upgrading the desktop version of Photoshop. A Sky Replacement tool would be set under the “Get More Skies” option. Besides, the Transform Warp tool will be upgraded with new independent Bezier handles.
According to Adobe, the new handles will adjust images wrapped around unusual shapes easier with the help of Engadget. The upgraded Transform Warp and Sky Replacement tools can be very helpful, but iPad improvements are impressive.
iPad version of Photoshop
Since 2018, something like a full version of Photoshop for iPad was promised to the users, but the launch was delayed. They made the iPad version of Photoshop more similar to the real thing by introducing a fully powered Healing Brush and the creation of the Magic Wand tool.

Adobe MAX 2021
The upgrade for the iPad version of Photoshop was introduced after the announcement that was made by Adobe that would promote the Adobe MAX event this year. An annual event is held by Adobe which is named Adobe MAX. The new software releases of the company which is created for advertising and design professionals would be highlighted. They usually hold the event in person, but they are going to hold Adobe MAX 2021 digitally, just like the one in 2020. Adobe MAX 2021 is set to be held from Oct. 26 to Oct. 28 and it is going to be free of charge. People interested in participating in the event, are free to register for Adobe MAX 2021 on Adobe’s official website.
There would be 400 sessions, MAX Sneaks labs, workshops, and keynotes on the online event. Product experts, speakers, creative luminaries, and others will be presenting during the event. Besides, there are available learning sessions for all skill levels and virtual networking opportunities.
